Hello, we are HIHI! Under the warm sun of Abu Dhabi, we are thrilled to finally share our first story with you.
Why ‘HIHI’? HIHI is the sound of a happy laugh, but for us, it also stands for ‘Healthy Ingredients, Honest Intentions.’ We started with a simple wish: to share a meal made with the same love and care we give to our own families.
✨ Our Philosophy: Small Batch, Freshly Made At HIHI, we don’t mass-produce. We stick to our ‘Small Batch’ principle, even if it takes a little longer.

مرحباً، نحن HIHI! تحت أشعة شمس أبوظبي الدافئة، يسعدنا أخيراً أن نشارككم قصتنا الأولى.
لماذا "HIHI"؟ اسم "HIHI" يرمز لصوت الضحكة السعيدة، لكنه بالنسبة لنا يمثل أيضاً "Healthy Ingredients, Honest Intentions" (مكونات صحية، نوايا صادقة). لقد بدأنا برغبة بسيطة: مشاركة وجبة صُنعت بنفس الحب والعناية التي نقدمها لعائلاتنا.
✨ فلسفتنا: دفعات صغيرة، صُنع طازج في HIHI، لا ننتج بكميات تجارية كبيرة. نحن نتمسك بمبدأ "الدفعات الصغيرة"، حتى لو استغرق الأمر وقتاً أطول قليلاً.
نقوم بتحضير الخضروات الطازجة كل صباح.
نقطع شرائح البيض الذهبية (جيدان) يدوياً وبكل دقة.
نلف كل "كيمباب" في اللحظة التي تطلبونها لضمان أعلى مستويات الطراوة.
كوريا تلتقي بالعرب من "البولغوجي" التقليدي إلى كيمباب "الزعتر" المبتكر، وصولاً إلى "التشونغ" المنزلي العضوي، يطمح HIHI أن يكون جسراً يربط نكهات كوريا الأصيلة بالروح الحيوية لأبوظبي.
